The September WSVAB Lottery prize draw took place today. The winning prize numbers were 10142, 10018, 10034, 10238, 10040, 10233, 10084, 10070, 10017 and 10071.
Ten prizes totaling £262 were issued. The first prize of £112 went to a Mr T who lives in Bury St Edmunds, the second prize of £40 went to a Mr S from Stowmarket, the third prize of £30 went to a Mrs W from Sapiston and the fourth prize of £20 went to a Dr B from Ormskirk. Six different individuals received the remaining prizes of £10 each.
Second-hand Book Sale
We are holding a second-hand book sale to raise funds. It will be in the Memorial Hall in Cavendish on Saturday 20th September, from 11am to 4pm. Entry is £1 per person and we will also be selling refreshments (tea, coffee and homemade cakes).
